I think Albert may be considering taking Monaco into the Commonwealth. I think he might be looking to diversify Monaco's economy or seeking investors for his country. I don't think he wants AMW anywhere near the Pink Palace. Someone on another group suggested he could be trying to run interference for Fergie, but I doubt that very much. Even Albert knows that's a hiding to nothing. As I said, I think his visit has more to do with Monaco and needing/wanting more economic and business connections.
