Harry's a dumb*** for playing polo in the snow. He's an amateur who doesn't ride or play regularly and he's not used to playing in cold conditions in high altitude. He's normally a reckless rider and player anyway and the snow increases risks like the ponies and riders slipping and breaking bones.

To me Harry looks like he's both drunk and suffering from some altitude sickness/sensitivity.
