I'm sorry, if she wrote the letter, say Sunday or even Sat., it takes more than two or three days for mail from the US to reach Cebu. Did she give it to one of her rich pals and it was flown by private jet and the pal personally delivered it? Nonsense. Her father needs to give up the, "I just want to see Meghan one more time."
