A lot of stars keep shoes and clothing that was loaned to them, so I suppose Meghan thought she was entitled to do the same. But it's just theft. Designers and boutiques don't want the fuss and bad press of trying to get things back. The dress is lovely, but Meghan really should have paid for it if she wanted to keep it. Do we know of royal ladies that keep things that don't belong to them? I know the late Queen Mary was known for appropriating things she took a fancy to, but I don't think that's done anymore.
