Andrew is already damaged goods, and the palace pr machine is not going to come to his rescue. I don't know if this story is true or not, but enough other stories are and this one lines up with those. You're right that this biography is unauthorized, but I don't know that Andrew would authorize any biography as that would give the writer cause to delve deep into parts of Andrew's life that weren't on the court circular. The larger point is that BP won't be swooping in to issue denials and demands for retractions. He's on his own, unless he budgeted for his own pr guru to work miracles on his behalf.
Also, as sensational and salacious as the Daily Fail may be they are often correct in what they report.
