I like mustard and horseradish, too, and if I could have one choice of bread, it would probably be a good, bakery/deli rye bread.
You know...you could assemble the ingredients, hopefully find the correct sausage, and call it Christmas dinner!
That sounds so good. You already have the broth...! :-)
You'd need the fresh items...cabbage, potatoes, and bread, though you could freeze the bread, closer to the time, and to find the sausages.
Do you have mustard and/or horseradish?
Your dill/fennel?
