It wasn't what I was thinking, but they made a kind of cabbage soup which included sausages.
The thing that was interesting, was that it was a no-tomato dish which had the cabbage cut as for coleslaw more.
They used stock, and a spoonful of prepared mustard. It looked like Dijon. Once I saw it, it made sense, since mustard works with both cabbage and some sausages.
When they served it, they served a horseradish sauce to have with the sausage part.
Anyway, it was quite a coincidence to see it this morning.
It looked good. By combining your ideas, mine, and theirs, maybe it will come out okay, lol!
