Fried Salami (but not the chicken, beef pork stuff. The real beef baloney. The kids got me 'healthy' salami.. yuck.
Then Tuna green veggie kitchen sink salad
Plus an egg & cheddar omelet. Just those 2 ingredients a little olive oil + s&p. Pour in a hot frying pan. Cook till the sides can be flipped in to the middle. Cook longer then flip over cook a tad more then enjoy with fave sides.

Peanut butter on toasted multi grain bread with slice of American cheese and fried salami. NJ thing.
Tonight I put some olive oil in frying pan heated up.
Added sm carrot chunks. Some caraway, s&p, garlic, oregano & sesame seeds. Stir in - bell pepper, onion, snap peas, corn, roma tomato. Any leftovers work.
Slice polish sausage and add chunks of cabbage. Some Worchestershire sauce and water then stir & simmer.
I like some horseradish or mustard sauce with this type of meal.
