I made BBQ pork ribs last night but dh said he thought there was something missing. It just occurred to me that it might be brown sugar!!! I have some left over of course, and I'll so that. I BBQd pineapple with it, but even that might be better with a dose of brown sugar! He said it was good but something was missing. I used Josh's BBQ sauce and he really, really liked that on chicken, so brown sugar is the only thing I can think of that might enhance the ribs.
