    Hi Sean
    to fit chain kit sump must come off, to remove sump gearbox,clutch and flywheel need to come off,so definetly engine and transmission out unless its automatic where i believe the sump can be removed (but have no direct experience) good job unless someones been there before, there is a procedure to set up the variable valve timing sprocket and would advise getting hold of workshop manual on ebay and printing it out its straightforward but difficult to describe, if anyones interested ill have a go typing it out on here but dont expect it to be short the tensioner plunger should protrude no more than 10-12mm but mark a welding rod to use as a tool for confirmation if its not exceeding this or looks like its already been done then take a look at the solenoid on the cover (not likely but possible)
