Justice transferred to Gilroy, Washington wrestling to east for him, look what he did to one of our PFP best. He left this trash state and went to real competition, 1 true champ in California.
And sonner no longer coaches at Toppenish, he left to zillah

Does he have a chance to win a state title in California? Would he be the first ever Washington champion to have a title in California as well? Just asking because I don’t know what he competes at out there

Justyce is the product of a broken father trying to live through his son’s high school career. His older brothers were decent wrestlers but never had the scholastic edge. With Justyce, there’s a slight academic advantage because his mom has put in more effort and thinks they’ve finally figured it out. The family means well and wants the best for their kids, Who wouldnt?! but they’re going about it the wrong way.

Justyce will always be remembered as the kid who got booed by the entire Tacoma Dome for the first time ever, and that comes straight from his parents teaching him the wrong values. In the long run, he’ll most likely fall short. The ones worth paying attention to are his younger siblings.....
those are the kids to watch.

Most of this is on point and I agree with.
you cant teach what you dont know and thats generational. The attitude alone speaks volumes and if your not aware of itwell then your in the same position as these parents.
Look the kids is a great talent but the behavior is something unfortunately speaks on his character and hone environment.
I watched that program for some time now and it definitely is in that room but listening to dad I understand where that young man gets it from.
to bad, he definitely has some talent but unfortunately it takes more than just talent to make it in college

What other family can point to a record of 10 state titles, two older sons who have both graduated and continued on to college, and now Justyce earning a full scholarship to compete at the Division I level? Betty and Anthony Zuniga have demonstrated tremendous dedication in providing their children with the best possible opportunities, both athletically and academically. While no one can predict the future, it is worth recognizing that success at the Division I level from Washington athletes has been relatively rare in recent years. With that in mind, it seems misplaced for anyone to criticize this family’s efforts. I extend nothing but respect and best wishes to Justyce and the entire Zuniga family for their achievements and their commitment to stepping outside the box and challenging themselves.

Kid is an absolute beast. If this is true it shows he can care less about an easy WA 4XState Title and is chancing greatness. Kudos to him.

, I am the same Silva, and since you’ve brought it up, let’s clear up the facts. I left Fresno a full year before the program was dropped due to the university’s financial mismanagement. No violations or sanctions were ever found against me, that’s part of the public record for anyone who takes the time to research instead of speculate.

Since then, I’ve had opportunities to coach at multiple Division I programs, but I chose a different path: building Iridium camps and the SBTC training center to help young athletes achieve their goals and reach D1 schools themselves. That’s where my focus is now, on the kids and their future.

As for anonymous comments, I’ll always be happy to shake hands and have a conversation face to face when I visit Toppenish. Until then, I’ll keep doing what I’ve always done, building athletes up, not tearing people down.
