Well said but whats disappointing is that this will go over everyone's head, they will still place blame on the ones who left and the pattern will repeat itself.
Im curious on these self proclaimed great and experienced coaches who are there are doing about this.
If you see something, say something or your just as bad as the one doing wrong.
To me these coaches are all talk, no action.
if your going to talk you better back it up and since no one is that say two things.
1 they are afraid to lose their spot and turning a blind eye.
2 they are waiting to take the soon to be vacant coaching position like some scavengers.

this will get worse before it gets better unfortunately..
