So a wrestler comes down in weight for post, has a lesser winning percentage, no head to head, placed at state, but is seeded higher than someone at weight, more varsity wins, wins at state, higher placing at same tournaments?
Or at same weights at tournaments and A places higher and has better win %, more wins, less losses but B has a state placing. How is B seeded higher than A?
