We need to make a rule like Idaho where you have to make scratch weight a certain amount of times in order to be able to drop for post season. I think it's 4 or 5 in Idaho. Here, kids never even have to make 106. They can certify with a descent plan weighing 113 or whatever, then wrestle 113 all year. Then they can go to 108 for districts. That's really stupid. It's supposed to be a growth allowance, not a cutting allowance.
