Renault Laguna 1.8 2004 - VVC dephaser pulley fault possibly? #
Posted by Dave Mittell on November 8, 2011, 9:10 am Vehicle came in on saturday customer concerned about what i would describe as a light rattle almost like a diesel noise coming from engine once warmed up slightly. noise is only there on tickover and disappears completely as soon as accelerator is depressed. It doesnt go gradually or come back gradually its just there on tickover so don't suspect tappets. Oil pressure is good.
