Has anyone had any success yet in applying a 'dummy' load to substitute the seat sensor ??

I have experienced this fault again today and have substituted the other component (the black match box one)with no change to the fault. The SRS lamp will clear but soon re-appears when you jump around on the seat. Ideally I would like to by-pass the occupancy sensor to confirm it to be faulty before ordering a new one (especially as they are a pain to fit!)

    any comments welcomed.
