Hi Stuart, I have to agree with Kevin on this one! Timing just a fraction out will cause all sorts of problems, especially Non-start and Hunting! When you fitted the new Timing belt kit did you check that the original impact caused by the belt snapping did not disturb the two lower gears on the end of the crankshaft? These can sometimes slip and cause mis-alignment of the timing as well! HTH mate, Gunner.
