Hi Andrew Many thanks for your reply, I did the tests you said this morning and sure enough i would say there wasn't much suction, so i removed the bottom off the compressor and yes i can see that one half of the piston ring has disintegrated into dust. The ring must be made of some kind of Teflon or neoprene. Is this common for the piston ring just to wear away the vehicle has covered 92K and the compressor is original?, you did say that it can be caused by a leaking airbag, i can't physically see any leaks, also under this amount of pressure would a leaking airbag not be apparent with perhaps the vehicle dropping to one side or dropping down very quickly? like i said sometimes i can get in the vehicle after leaving it overnight and the LED will only flash for 4 seconds, but othertimes such as this morning it took 20 minutes but i would say that the rear was only slightly lower than the front. Do you also know if putting the vehicle into access/crawl mode does this expel all the air so that this little compressor has to fully re-charge the system? Is it possible to buy a service kit for the compressor?? Sorry for all the questions mate Regards David
