A bit more info required. engine vacuum? emissions? injector duration? check vac connection to ecu. I have also done a lot of these over the years, a good money earner. can take a while sometimes to burn off the water in the exhaust, the rear silencer will hold a lot of moisture and restrict flow, a good vacuum test will confirm this, dont forget a snap open throttle test. also check ignition primary, sparkline and burn time.
