Hi Mike. I think that you can pull codes out of this just like any other mazda, it is in the autodata books. Seeing as it is a v6 there is no problem getting a stator (module) or coil from ford, but I think the price has double recently. also the immobiliser gives trouble, but yours sounds very dizzy'ish, possibly just the coil that has broken down, but the safest way is to fit coil and module as a matched pair, (tell the customer that you can't guarantee it if you only fit one part as it could be damaged by the old part that is left in.
