Hi Chris,
Whilst waiting for MAF I dropped the tank to check for obstruction (all clear) and replaced the fuel filter, flow increased to 500ml in 30 seconds, I found the spec on this on Ford TIS disc, 600ml/30sec,ran vehicle on carbon cleaner and re road tested, this helped hesitation on part load but high rpm fault still evident until MAF replaced.
