Thanks guys.. Our truck has a drier on the compressor assembly which also has two switches(?) The one facing forward has a threaded brass retainer and the pins have battery voltage across them at all times when engine is running. There is a rear facing switch(?) which has a plastic amphenol type connector. No voltage here at all - although this could be tied in with some air being released when you first switch on the ignition - maybe it's a solenoid? Back to the original fault, I don't think it's a leak because the safety valve is chuntering every few seconds once the air has built up - indicating excess pressure. Thanks, Richard
