Its immobilised. Can you com with the EWS? Fuses ok?
Check the key first. Open drivers window, lock the car with the key in the lock twice (for dead locks), wait 10 seconds, try to open door with interior handle to confirm dead locks engaged, switch on ignition and check dead lock again. If the key and EWS are working then ign on will switch the dead locks off.
Can your tool sync EWS/DME? I doubt it will since it is having trouble reading codes. Try a battery reset.
The best way to diagnose this is with good quality live data from both EWS and DME.
