Hi Paul, I have done this a few times now, remove the ceramic bit and I have a very old easyout kit from snapon (blue print,little stumpy things that screw in a short way and then hit a shoulder)that have never failed, they take a 13mm half inch drive socket and a long breaker bar and i have found you need the long bar.
