What actually switches relay 109 on these??
I have a classic "Relay 109" non start that can be overcome by manually bridging terms 30 and 87 in the 109 relay socket, however a new relay didnt cure.
"You_Know_who" doesnt appear to have any wiring data on this.
Anybody have a wiring diagramme or sugestions as to which circuits i have to test for continuity.
This particular part of the job I struggle with! Wiring type problems give me a real headache. Being red-green colour blind *is* a problem. If it was my van, id just put a switch on the dashboard and operate it manually
(Please-let it not be the ignition switch! Why do VAG make ignition switches such a nightmare to replace??)
