I never went any further with this because this van is from one of our firms sister companies and they were happy with the paper down loaded service sheet and the parts were genuine Ford dealer with invoice proof of purchase.
They didn't want to pay extra for an in-house service.
But from memory I just emailed Ford Europe, I think there was a contact us drop down on the website. I explained the situation and after about days they replied with the things I needed to do.
But it was a while ago now
