I think you are right.
When I click on the 'information' tab, there is no mention of DSR, but under the heading 'check sheets' it says Generate a service check sheet. So I was able to print a paper copy of the service.

Also on the 'help' tab when you go onto the DSR section and try to short cut to DSR it just pops up that I'm unauthorised contact admin or something similar.
