There are all sorts of urban myths surrounding the dangers of Hybrids, especially post-accident. In fairness one of the trainers said they had talked to the Fire Brigade; whose spokesman said that you wouldn't be expected to wear rubber gloves and wellingtons to change a 240V AC light-bulb in your house.
Most good technicians could probably pass the written 'exam' to qualify for C & G Hybrid level 3 without attending the course. The questions were multiple choice and common sense would enable most to pass.
One of Bosch's regional trainers for hybrids sometimes posts on these forums. He is very well versed in hybrid technology.
