Afaik, planet will not readout any security codes but believe AD100 can pull some CAN based PSA codes.

I'd think maybe its had its id changed so possibly a new ecu, bsi etc as I can't think how the dealer supplied info could be wrong. (Unless a genuine error has occurred)

One other suggestion is maybe try another company such as autosecuritycodes.com just to see if they supply same detsils. Obvously a waste of money if its the same.

How did you unlock the door if the key number was wrong, maybe they only changed the transponder chip over but kept the same lockset.
