Ive had some dealings with these mini supercharger, but with a different problem.
This car was overheating, and we found the gears on the supercharger at the water pump end worn away.
We had the supercharger overhauled, and after the supercharger pulley wasn't particularly stiff to turn, just as I'd expect to turn the turbines in the unit.
We used Gtt mini tuning, maybe worth a call.
