Got new belt and tensioner and fitted. After fitting belt seemed to be getting too hot after running for a few minutes. Took off belt and supercharger is stiff to turn but you would turn with hand.
Alternator pulley seems very hot but is easy to turn. Refitted belt and drove for a few miles and belt is starting to burn.
Anyone come across this as we do very little work on these minis as there are very few in the area.
