Which seems a fair price to pay for quality. And it also says we are a quality business. It is the same as the dealers supply at a much better price. Our customers appreciate this and we are only a small family run independent. Plus if the trade clubs oil are so good. Why won't they use them in there own dealer group workshops? Please could somebody tell me? If you can try and offer dealers service ( or better which is not hard), OEM equivalent parts and genuine honest and fair service at a fair price. The customer think its fantastic and you can make a good living. Or we can offer the cheap end and struggle to earn the real rewards we deserve for our skills, experience and overheads. Again only a opinion. I would like to see the trade and the Good people in it recognized and rewarded. Like plumbers, electricians and gas technicians.
