I will have to disagree with you on this.
If the BCM is locked (immobilised) you cannot talk to the BCM with T4 or Autologic.
you have to enter the EKA code first via the drivers door barrel.
Range Rover P38 from 2000 / 01 you can enter the EKA code using T4 but you still have to have the code first. Any P38 before this you enter the EKA via the driver door barrel.
Same rule applies to MG/Rover SCU , if immobilised it will not talk.
now the Rover / Landrover 5AS and 10AS are different again. You can talk to these and extract the EKA even if the immobiliser is active.
