I can't remember the exact reason but they require a current to open and close so unplugging a piezo type with the engine running is disasterous from what I have read.
I don't know if you can tell by looking to determine which type it has but I think scopung them (current) will identify which ones are fitted. Do a search to see the difference in appearance of a waveform if you aren't certain.
So pkease don't just do as I suggested without finding which injector is used.
