P.S I think the Toyota variant has been covered on UKAT before, try a search

I guess this is is the same engine that Toyota use ? If so i expect it is correct as I had a similar experience with a customer of mine.
That one had 100000 + on the clock when head gasket failed, new engine FOC fitted by dealer.
No 100% sure but believe there is a problem with Block where head bolts screw in.
