I have no doubt you are very familiar with the cit/pug/focus/volvo 1.4 and 1.6 hdi engines that blow turbo's for fun due to the stupid design of the tiny micro filter in the banjo oil feed pipe that blocks up regular due to these been a very dirty engine. citreon have aknowleged this fault and say the only cure is another engine.
We did numerous ones of these which have blown the new turbo very shortly after fitting the new one. due to this i have now specialy made a new turbo oil feed pipe of high quality braded steel and a cleanable bailey inline (much larger) turbo oil filter. these are made to fit this engine perfectly and it takes less than 10 minuted to clean the filter. i get all my customers to come back every 100 miles to clean and monitor filter blockage. all existing banjo bolts are used just remove the tiny original filters out of the bolts. i wont do one of these jobs now without the customer having one of these pipes fitted. i would attach pictures but dont know how to on here so if anyone wants to save themselves the usual headache with these just email me and i will send you pictures etc. My local turbo centre is buying them like they are going out of fasion.
regards
sean
