Hi all.
I purchased one of these from Sean. I'm convinced it has saved my customer a lot of money.
I kept checking it every 300 miles for the first few weeks. There was some carbon found in the strainer the first few times but it has been less and less as time marches on.
The original strainer is very small so would definitely be blocked now.
I followed these instuctions (http://www.assuredperformance.ie/assets/images/Presentation-1.6-hdi-carbo-issues.pdf) nearly to the letter.
After all the cleaning carbon was still coming through. Thankfully Sean's strainer stopped it from reaching the turbo.
I would reccomend this product to anyone.
