I've had some dealings with them (K9K), the common faults range from turbo failure, big end failure causing the piston to hit the underside of the head and cambelt failure causing the piston to hit the open valve and lift the camshaft up breaking the camshaft cap in the process (not available as a separate part)
After that you have got all the normal Delphi common rail issues !!
