I have had the occasional valve head break off when the cambelt fails, scraps the head.

Piston rings stick and give poor compressions - most noticeable on start up.

Delphi injector problems are common, and about £130 for a decent replacement / rebuild. but only get them rebuilt by a 'delphi service centre'.

Got one in at the mo. where a customer drove it knowing there was a misfire, it was due to a faulty injector, now it needs a piston, the big ends bearings are down to the coppering, the other 3 injectors are faulty and need rebuilding.

The cost is running away and it's only covered 85000 miles on a Y reg. Wishing we'd never seen this one.
