The windows wind down on these (depending on spec) if the key is held in the barrel in a unlock position.
(they also globally rise if held in the lock position) so it may be a barrel fault. A fault doesn't log because the CCM is reading it as a valid command.
Again depending on spec the global lock & unlock with window commands may be a function via the remotes - do you sit on your remote or give it to a teething child within striking distance of the car
Ignore the bonnet switch wiring going to the dash panel, that is used by the dash to determine whether the bonnet has been lifted after the oil level warning has displayed, i.e to indicate to the dash that the bonnet has been lifted to put oil in.
The bonnet switch wiring to the CCM is a known issue, if there has been water ingress into the connectors in the A pillar or CCM. There are a few crimped joints in the CCM wiring harness that can rot out if damp gets in. But it wouldn't command the CCM to do a global unlock to my knowledge?
