Hi

Noise at tick over which at first sounds like an engine cover rattle. Put clutch down and noise away. Feel noise through clutch pedal when pressed lightly. Front crank pulley in good condition and this does not have a dual mass. Noticed excess end float on crankshaft. Does anyone know of any problems with this engine similar to this. It has only done 37000 miles and well serviced. I will be stripping down next week
