Thanks for replies. Oil level checked.Was told by our supplier that dual mass not fitted. Will try and check with dealer.Not tackled job yet. One man down due to holiday. Spoke to customer yesterday and he wants us to get cracking. There is excess end float on crank. Putting clutch down pushes crank forward and noise goes away.(one theory) There are four diff size of thrust washers so there is scope there.I will have to get it back in and try and pinpoint before getting stuck in.
