"it seems all over the place it said idle speed 3370 and it was sat there with the ignition on only", Wrong ECU selection ! ! i,m sure even the Solus is not that bad.
"it is massively over fueling??" you need to put a pressure gauge on the rail, what is the injector duration ? Have you tested the fuel?
