I had already told the customer that I felt it should be changed but because of the cost I think it is natural for anybody to question that. He is a long standing regular customer and I have no doubt that if he chooses not to replace it, he will willingly pay again if it is required at a later date. What made me question this was a local factors telling me that most garages only buy the clutch????? Up to this point I was in no doubt but I think I just needed reassurance
