hello Glen thank you for your message i really appreciate it, as i have mentioned before my dad Dougie Baldwin was fiercely proud of the Queen Mary Battery & had a great fondness for the troops who served with him,he never spoke much to me about his time with the army i know he joined prior to the war & saw active service in Dunkirk ,in his last years he gave me snippets of information regarding his experiences with the R A , My Mum Emmy Baldwin (Nee Whitbread) met him while they were stationed in Eygpt she has been filling in the gaps as best possible. Any information would be greatly appreciated & also what i would dearly love is a photo of the entire battery if i exists
