I personally think Aman has done a great job as a captain and is the last person to cause any problems or issues with players. If anyone on our team has an issue with anything, please discuss it within the effn team. If someone on our team has a problem with what we are doing or trying get accomplished, please bring it up with Aman or the rest of the team. Everyone gets a chance to play. The only thing we stress AS A TEAM is to come off when your tired, play hard, and to play as a team. The last thing we have is selfishness on the team. This is the guy (Aman) that fukn gives people on the team wake up calls and sends two or three msgs on showing up on time and showing up period, because he wants to see a full team. Also picks up a few guys if they need a ride.
I don't understand why this has to be discussed here, on the msg board. I'm pretty sure Aman or any captain would prefer a call. I don't remember the last time Aman disrespected the league or its players. Every team plays its top players the most. I fully agree, it's wrong, if your not getting a chance to play (at all) and people are telling you that you shouldn't go on.

This league should be about having fun and as Charlie Sheen would say WINNING!!

P.S. - I wanna go to war with every member on this team...
