Mickey, I dont really think you understand the nature of this league. When I say that some players play more than others, that is meant in a natural sense. There are different roles etc. But where you go off about making it an incentive to play better? This is not the way it works, people PAY equally. This league has been and always been a group of friends playing. Yes we all want to win, but it should be done with all players on the team.

Captains have the duty to ensure that all players get ample playing time. Not token playing time. I am getting tired of this topic, but bottom line I realize that I can't control how teams use their players during the season, but I can control who will be captain next season.
