Dennis, I was reading your email mentioning that you were not an SP but was part of a group of men that assisted in guarding the perimeter of the base at Takhli around 71 and 72. I was part of that group. I came from the FMS jet engine shop. Can you send me any additional info regarding that time period and your progress? I would very much appreciate any herbicide exposure type information you would share. I wasn't an actual air policeman, I normaly worked on the flightline on F-105s at Takhli but in May -June 69 I was pulled from my unit for a month as an augmentee guard to help defend the perimeter with the security police. I still have a lot of memories of that duty. Sadly, like most or all augmentees, none of that augmentee duty was recorded in my personnell records.
If you have some stuff that would help me with my claim I would much appreciate getting it.
