Hello everyone after going thru most of the messages I thought i would get this out if you file a claim do not for the word agent orange use the word herbicides. The DOD still denys any use of Agent Orange in thailand. When your claim gets to the triage stage they swich to a Cfr38 section that specifically looks 2,4-d picloram and cardilonic salts There are 1500 herbicdes that contain 2,4-d thats one half of agent orange also if white was used it contained paraquat. The rule under cfr38 also states proximity rather than near the perimeter,Also keep close contact with your claim.Question every letter that is sent. Im going on 14 monthes and I was an SP and have cancer and onset parkinsons. I have been using the DAV and my local Congressman and have still caught the VRO in many errors
