As Don noted, the LPG empties I referred to were from Crivitz, WI. The distributor there is Lakes Gas. About two weeks ago, on a Sunday, the E&LS sent SD40-2 500 down to Green Bay light power. The purpose of the trip was to pick up a LPG load for Lakes. The 500 picked up 6 empties from the CN and then waited for maybe an hour or so for CN train A449 to show up. 449 had the LPG load in it's train and the yard had them hand it over to the ELS before yarding their train. I was told that Lakes did not have a drop of Propane and this move was a big deal. Good to see that level of cooperation between RR's for customer service.
